commentHouston businessman Alec G. Dreyer was recently named executive director of the Port of Houston Authority.
Dreyer was previously CEO of Horizon Wind Energy, a Houston-based wind energy developer. Prior to that, he served as an executive vice president of Houston-based Dynegy Inc., in charge of the generation division.
