Among the funding is a $4-million loan to finance wastewater system improvements to the city of Sherman from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund program. Also approved were a $1.4-million loan from the Clean Water State Revolving Fund and a $1.1-million loan from the Texas Water Development Fund to finance wastewater and water system improvements to the city of Melissa.
