Walter P Moore’s Raymond Messer Enters Carroll College Hall of Fame

Text size: A A

Raymond F. Messer, P.E., president and chairman of the board of WALTER P MOORE, was presented with The Alumni Hall of Fame Award of Carroll College in Helena, Montana. The award honors alumni who have given outstanding contributions of stewardship – sharing of time, talent and treasure in distinguished service to his/her community and/or to Carroll College. Messer was one of three alumni to receive the Hall of Fame honor this year.

Messer is a 1968 graduate of Carroll College and has served on the Engineering Advisory Council. He has served as a member of the Carroll College Board of Trustees and as the incoming president, he has emphasized the need for planning for all aspects of the college. As a result of Messer’s leadership, the college recently completed a campus-wide and all-inclusive programmatic analysis and plan for future development.
