Cadence McShane Completes Houston Multi-Family Project

Houston-based Cadence McShane Construction Co. completed the new 447,764-sq-ft La Maison residential rental complex on behalf of developer ZOM Inc. of Dallas. The 423-unit apartment development is located on a 5.3-acre site in Houston’s River Oaks neighborhood.
