Cadence McShane Construction Completes Allen Mixed-Use Project

Cadence McShane Construction Co. of Dallas completed more than 592,000 sq ft of mixed-use construction at The Village at Allen and The Village at Fairview on behalf of Dallas-based developer The MGHerring Group. Cadence McShane provided construction services for the numerous retail and parking components of the adjacent commercial project representing some 400 acres. The project was completed in multiple phases.

Cadence McShane recently completed the mixed-use Village at Fairview and Allen north of Dallas.

The Village at Allen and The Village at Fairview are two components of MGHerring’s three million sq ft, mixed-use lifestyle centers located on opposite corners at U.S. 75 and Stacy Road in Fairview and Allen north of Dallas. The construction assignment encompassed 12 retail buildings and two parking structures.
