Construction Begins on $1B DFW Connector Project

The Texas Dept. of Transportation recently approved all plans and schedules for the $1-billion DFW Connector Project. The project is being built under a comprehensive development agreement between TxDOT and Irving-based NorthGate Constructors. The 8-mi design-build project will double roadway capacity. The project is scheduled to be complete by 2014.
