The Stayton at Museum Way Secures $165 Million

Text size: A A

Fort Worth’s The Stayton at Museum Way – operated by Senior Quality Lifestyles Corp. – secured financing for the nonprofit life-care retirement community, constructed on 2.5 acres of land at Stayton Street and Museum Way in the Fort Worth Cultural District.

Financing was completed through the sale of $165 million in revenue bonds. Ziegler Capital Markets served as bond underwriter for the transaction. The 11-story community will serve 188 families seeking an active lifestyle in the heart of the West 7th Cultural District. D2 Architecture LLC of Dallas designed the $78-million construction project, which is under way by Andres Construction, Dallas. The project is scheduled to complete in 2011.
