STV, which opened its main Dallas office in 1997, is working on the Dallas Area Rapid Transit’s light-rail extension. The firm is providing program management, design and construction management for the $400 million, 25-mi, 13-station light-rail build out. In Houston, STV has provided engineering and construction management services for multiple projects ranging from pipelines and pump stations to automation and control systems.
