Construction began in October 2008. The architecture firm was Buz Owens with Dallas-based BGO Architects Inc.; Kansas-based SMW Designs was the interior design firm; and the general contractor was Las Vegas-based CANV Construction Inc. The LEED specialist was Irving-based TexEnergy Solutions.
