Cadence McShane Starts CTI Foods, Completes Industrial Project

Dallas-based Cadence McShane Construction Co. was selected to build a new 185,221-sq-ft headquarters for CTI Foods. The multi-purpose facility will be located on a 14.35-acre site in Saginaw. Dallas-based Pross Design Group is providing architectural services.

In Houston, a Cadence McShane assignment includes 326,000 sq ft of renovations and 30,000 sq ft of new construction at an industrial building on a 40-acre site in ClayPoint Distribution Park. Houston-based Seeberger+Associates LP provided architectural services.
