Ronald McDonald House of Dallas Opens in Medical District

The 60,000-sq-ft Ronald McDonald House of Dallas, designed by Dallas-based HKS Architects, recently opened. It is located in the Southwestern Medical District.

The 60-family house includes spaces for gathering or retreating, an outdoor area, meditation garden pavilion and outdoor grills.

HKS Architects, HKS Commercial Interiors and Dallas-based Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors provided reduced fees for respective services and secured in-kind donations totaling more than $1 million.
